Stay for a season — or longer. All 5pm lab. subscriptions begin with a 3-month commitment. Choose 3, 6 or 12 months. The longer your subscription, the better your monthly rate. Tap a bouquet for the rates.

Everything, before you ask.

How does the subscription work?

Choose your floral rhythm — weekly, every two weeks, or monthly — then select a 3, 6 or 12-month plan. From there, we take care of the flowers. Each delivery is designed at the atelier using the best seasonal stems available that week.

What's the difference between 3, 6 and 12 months?

The flowers and experience stay the same — only your commitment and monthly rate change. All subscriptions start with a 3-month minimum. The longer you stay, the better your monthly rate.

Can I pause or skip a delivery?

Yes. Life happens. You can skip or reschedule a delivery when needed. Just let us know at least 5 days before your next scheduled delivery.

Your subscription commitment remains active during skipped deliveries.

Can I choose my flowers or colors?

Part of the 5pm lab. experience is the surprise. We work with seasonal flowers, unexpected varieties and whatever looks best at the market that week. You give us the creative freedom; we create something different for you every time.

Have a flower you really dislike? Let us know — we'll keep it in mind.

What happens if I'm away?

Going out of town? You can reschedule your bouquet, change the delivery address within our delivery area, or send that week's flowers to someone you love. Just let us know at least 5 days in advance.

Is delivery included?

Delivery within our standard Chicago delivery area is included with your subscription.

For addresses outside our regular delivery zone, an additional delivery fee may apply. We'll always let you know before confirming.

Can I change my subscription?

Yes. If you'd like to change your delivery frequency or upgrade your subscription, get in touch and we'll find the best option for the remainder of your plan.

Can I gift a subscription?

Absolutely. Choose the rhythm and the length — 3, 6 or 12 months — and we'll take care of the rest.

What happens when my subscription ends?

Your subscription simply ends after your 3, 6 or 12-month plan — no automatic renewal.
